A Free Look at Craig Ballantyne’s new Turbulence Training Bootcamp Workout

I just received an email from Craig Ballantyne, fitness and nutrition expert extraordinaire. He’s the creator of Turbulence Training and specializes in developing easy to follow fitness and weight loss routines that use little to no equipment.

In fact, you can download some of his best workouts, at no cost, right HERE.

Craig has just introduced a new series of workouts, called the Turbulence Training Bootcamp program. It’s simply amazing! 31 different workouts that trim and tone every muscle in your body! And he’s letting me give you a sneak peak at one of the workouts.

Remember, this is one of thirty-one workouts available in the new program. It’s Part 2 of 3 in the Turbulence Training Abs Bootcamp series.

This one’s called “Abs Endurance” because of the endurance nature of the abs circuit at the end of the program, but like all Turbulence Training workouts, it is a total body fat blasting program. Check out the KILLER Big 7 Circuit in the middle of the workout!

Craig wanted me to make sure you remember to train at your fitness level, take extra breaks if you need them and do only one round of each circuit if you haven’t been exercising recently. If in doubt, check with your health care professional. In fact, that would be a good idea before starting any exercise program!

Enjoy! And remember that you can get all 31 workouts HERE.

  • Very interesting post. Thanks for the info

  • Nice site, nice and easy on the eyes and great content too.

  • Well, I really liked your blog, it is in my bookmarks. I think my site you will like it too. …

  • It’s posts like this that keep me coming back and checking this site regularly, thanks for the info!

  • Recall, when it comes to losing abdominal fat, you must adopt a holistic, whole-body approach – there’s absolutely no shortcuts. A surgical shortcut like liposuction also becomes meaningless if you are not going to control to your diet, because removing fat cells from the abdomen by liposuction will lead to excess fat storage elsewhere – perhaps under the chin or on knees or shoulders – where it may look even worse than at the abdomen.

  • Nice site and I will be coming back so keep up the good work! When it comes down to it I think Alec Baldwin said it best in the Glenn-Garry movie. A.I.D.A attention, interest, decision and action. I’ll spare you guys the full speech where he cusses everyone out.

  • Brittany says:

Interesting, never thought of it like that

  • There is no better way of abdominal fat loss than to eat balanced foods and a nutritious diet. Indulge yourself into activities that will allow you to sweat. Do cardio exercises or try running, jogging or walking. There are just so many things that you can do to encourage fat loss. Weight training has the ability to increase lean muscle mass as well as your metabolic rate. This means that you can burn fat even when you are resting. So now, try to look for activities that may encourage flatter abdomen!

    • Al Vigoda says:

Thanks for the thoughtful input, Edmundo. I’m findfing that most of the experts are encouraging focused strength training (either weights or, as Craig suggests, body weight exercises) to generate higher metabolic rates and more efficient ‘fat burns’. Also check out Carolyn Hansen’s amazing Hot Metabolism program here or pick up her neat FREE ebook here.

      All the Best,

And why a woman named Wilma would backlink to a blog named TroyNotes (written by a man named – duh – Troy), I don’t know – but it’s a pretty good blog, if you’re more interested in funky/funny comment than actual content.

Entertaining, anyway. Thanks for dropping by.

      All the Best,

  • My name is Piter Jankovich. oOnly want to tell, that your blog is really cool
And want to ask you: is this blog your hobby?
P.S. Sorry for my bad english

    • Al Vigoda says:

Hey, Piter. Success Strategies is more than a hobby. It’s an income stream. Some of the links on the blog pages (and within the blog posts) lead to web sites with which my company has affiliate agreements or has other ‘material connections’. Sorry for my own bad (and vague) English. It’s what the lawyers demand to ensure compliance with the FTC in the United States. The US Government seems to think that their citizens are so stupid they don’t understand that if they buy something from someone, it costs money and the person they buy it from might earn a commission.

Me? I think the citizens of the United States are as smart as anybody else and that they actually understand that it costs money (or its equivalent in time) to set up a web site and add content to it every single week. And I think they don’t have a problem with paying commissions to get really good products – especially since it doesn’t cost them any more than buying those products anywhere else – the commission is built into the cost from the beginning.

So it doesn’t cost you, as a buyer, any more or less to buy Craigs amazing Turbulence Training Bootcamp program by clicking on this link than any other way. Hey, Piter – click HERE. Buy Craig’s great program. Get fit and lose weight. And generate a couple of dollars for me. :-)

Appreciate you doing that. Sorry for the rant. And I’ll be coming by your site to see what you have on offer.

      All the Best
      Al
